These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any IPTV subscription you buy from UK IPTV ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We provide access to an IPTV streaming service for the period of the plan you buy (3, 6 or 12 months). Channel line-ups, on-demand titles and features may change from time to time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or title will always be available.
2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Your subscription is activated once payment has been confirmed. Prices are shown on our homepage and may change, but a change will not affect a plan you have already paid for.
3. Your account
- Your login details are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must not share, resell or redistribute your account or streams.
- Using more simultaneous connections than your plan allows may lead to suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations that apply where you live. In the UK this includes holding a valid TV Licence if you watch or record live TV. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming depends on many factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device and app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and occasional maintenance may be required.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your subscription without refund if you break these Terms, including by sharing or reselling your account.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
